Abstract
DESKI PUTRA RAHMATULLAH AND RM ADITYAS KURNIA PUTRA.
Public Service Advertisement of the Advantages of Fruit and Vegetables for the students of SD IBA Palembang. Fruit and vegetables are food which are full of benefits for the body, especially for the children’s. SD IBA Palembang is one of private elementary schools in Palembang. As one of the elementary schools, SD IBA Palembang should be the place where the pupils get more and varied educations about the
advantages of fruit and vegetables. Public service advertisement as one of the strategies in increasing the pupils’ interest to consume fruit and vegetables. According to the facts, the writer did a research entitled, “Public Service Advertisement of the Advantages of Fruit and Vegetables for the students of SD IBA Palembang” in order to increase pupils’ interest to consume fruit and vegetables by utilizing creative and innovative public service advertisements. Public service advertisements made were printed promotion media such as, xbanner, brochures, posters, pins, calenders, and key chains which was designed
by using Adobe Illustraror Cs6, every design that was made using the design which main ingredients in the process were mixed with the already-made template. The result of this research hopefully can be the reference for the next researchers in creating a better research.
