Abstract
Information system is a system whose purpose is to produce information. As a system to be able to understand information systems, it would be better if the concept of the system was understood first. Raja Photo Studio is one place that provides services engaged in photography. Problems that exist in the company is the unavailability of websites, special software that can help employee
performance in processing customer data, data coverage messages, stock data data, and report data. Therefore, the researchers built a web-based service system
that aims to facilitate the King's Photo Studio in carrying out the sales, promotion, reporting and inventory process. The purpose of this research is to
create a service information system on the Web-based Photo Studio Raja Dempo Branch using a prototype method in conducting the service process. Systems
development methods use the prototype method, modeling using Data Flow Diagrams (DFD) and Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD). System testing techniques using black box testing and white box testing. This research produces
a service information system website at Palembang's Raja Dempo branch studio that can produce customer information, data coverage messages, stock information, incoming and outgoing goods and report information.
