Abstract

IoT (Internet of Things) becomes a field of research in itself since the development of Internet technology and other media communication, the more human need about technology, the more research will be present, the Internet of Things one of the thought of researchers who optimize several tools such as sensor media, radio frequency identification (RFID), wireless sensor network and other smart objects that allow human easily interact with all equipment Connected to the Internet network. In this writing, the author describes the design of a prototype monitoring and control system for the Internet of Things (IoT)-based broiler chickens where Arduino and Nodemcu esp8266 as microcontrollers utilize the IoT concept as means to monitor temperature data, humidity, feed, drink and weight of chickens through Realtime Telegram application.
