Abstract
As one of the websites, analysis is needed to assess what can affect the satisfaction of Simak UIN Raden Fatah Palembang website users in order to find out the criteria that users want both in terms of ease, appearance, speed, and presentation of information. This research method uses the user satisfaction model using multiple linear regression methods consisting of four criteria, namely ease of use, personalization (costumization), speed of access (download delay) and presentation of information or content (content). The highest value of interpretation results amounted to 87.24% contained in the costumization variable and also known the lowest value of 82.21% contained in the content variable. The results of this study have good interpretation values so that the results of this study can be used for further research.
